This was part of a marketing campaign for the Latin Grammy's and Verizon, who was one of the events sponsors.
I worked with OmniPeace founder, Mary Fanaro for the first five years of the brand, developing and evolving it into the power passion project it is today. Mary came to me with an idea and vision. Soon after, Omnipeace was born. I am so proud of all they have achieved in their fight against poverty and violence in Africa; and so very honored to have been a part of it.
My journey with OP is a long story, longer than can be presented in this format, but here's a little overview.
OmniPeace SIZZLE REEL
The next phase of OmniPeace is Rwanda Rocks. OP is building music schools in Rwanda and putting together a massive benefit concert to raise awareness.
One of Funk Delicious Designs long time clients is OmniPeace. I worked with the founder of this unique organization from conception - before even a name was in place yet, let alone all that was to come. OmniPeace's follow up project is a music school in Rwanda - first of it's kind.
This is the one-sheet we just created to support the efforts.
Marianne Williamson's Sister Giant
is a best selling spiritual author, teacher, speaker, and politician.
She put on a three day event at the Saban Theater in Los Angeles that brought all three of these roles together.
I designed and/or art directed all the branding, marketing, and event graphics to create an experience at every point of contact.

Brand development into identity pieces, menu design for chef side, and packaging for cookies.
Post launch, the cookies landed in 9 Whole Foods and was featured on Rachel Ray as "Snack Of The Week".
Sunshine Boys Moving Company
SUNSHINE BOYS MOVING CO.
The owner came to me a bit stressed out, as he had an established co. with no brand in place, which was impinging on his growth potential. He had hired several designers, but to no avail. He wanted his brand to convey American values and sustainability - he was one of the first sustainable moving companies. This is where we landed. Soon after he was featured on The Sundance Channel's,"The Lazy Environmentalist". A few years later he sold the company for a very sweet sum.
Pretty run of the mill cleaning company; but the son had just taken over and wanted graphics that were more elevated than the norm. I had free reign of all the rebranding and marketing pieces (many more than shown).
I like to show this project because it's a different kind of client than the others.. nothing innovative, or outside the lines. Yet, the brand story can still set them apart from their competitors in a myriad of ways.
I had a lot of fun with it, too. Surprisingly enough.
Seven Hair Salon
This is a throwback from my early days. It could probably be archived by now, but it's still one of my favorites, so I don't have the heart to yet.
Formerly HD Camera Rentals.
When this client called to say he wanted to do a whole new branding & name change, I was thinking, oh boy, this is going to take some doing. This particular client is as innovative and creative as they come, so I knew it was going to be a fun ride. And that it was. This company was extremely established in the industry, so it had to be done with much thought and precision. We unveiled the new brand at their annual Cinegear Expo booth.

Super fun and creative jewelry line. I adored working with this client.
Brand evolution into lookbook and website.
This manufacturing and design company make some of your favorite brands - of which I cannot mention.
Their goal was super simple and clean.
Other pieces were a brochure, direct mailers, and a deck. I can't show them due to the B2B privileged information they contain, but you get the idea.
Johnson & Johnson
Johnson & Johnson's "JOHNSON'S Body Care line for adults.
This was a new product line for J&J at the time. I was commissioned to design a marketing kit for the launch.
The kit included:
- A47 page manual
- Party Themes
- Environmental pieces
- Product menu
- Thank you cards.

This client had a very simple idea for her look...she said, think Pottery Barn. Nothing fancy..just clean and simple. But something about her was saying different.
So I gave her some "Pottery Barn" Inspired looks, along with this idea..except with a woman eating cake in a cafe, circa 1930s. She loved it. It made her think of a photo of her mom. I asked her to get the photo. She did. The rest is history.
Also, her mom owns Piece of Cake Cleveland. So that came together well.

iWORKS has over 30 years in business creating some of the most elaborate lighting fixtures for high-end hotels like W, Four Seasons,Hilton and more.
They called on me to explore brand evolution and a possibile rebrand. They were established before Apple launched the (i) series products, which understandably caused issues for them.
We explored changing the logo but realized that wouldn't best serve them in the end.
So we changed the branding elements and redesigned supporting materials.
FOR THE LOVE OF ANIMALS
Based out of Australia.
The challenges presented for this project were the multifaceted modules of healing FTLA offers to all walks of animals - the length of the name - and need for a descriptive, tagline to support it all. This was the solution. A horizontal and vertical option provide a solution for the long name. They can be interchanged to meet the requirement demands for the different spaces they’ll need to occupy while still staying on brand.

I did her Brand Development into Identity & Marketing pieces - and all the apparel design. From hats to underwear, bras, pants, bikinis, and everything in between.
